September 2009 News
SEPTEMBER BSU NEWS 2009 Well, September has arrived. It is BSU Reunion Month. I have been working most of the year on the 17th Annual BSU Reunion. The BSU Reunions began in 1992 in the home of Harold and Evelyn Spencer who lived in Chatham Il. (They still do) This year we will celebrate number 17. We will be meeting in Carbondale (where we all met). Our theme is "I Remember When." The date is Sept 24 and 25. I do hope you plan to attend. On Thursday night we will meet in the Baptist Student Building on the corner of Mill and Forest. "Supper" will be served at 5:30pm. Our Thursday night meeting will be there too. You all come!! Now, on Friday we will meet at the University Baptist Church on Oakland Ave. A wonderful program has been planned. Rolls and coffee will be served at 8:30AM. The worship program will start at 10:30 AM. Nate Adams will be on quest speaker .The "New Chapel Singer" will sing during this time too. Your registration form was mailed out mid August. Please return to Gerald Glasco as soon as possible.
